Yeah TRD version is CARB legal.
As far as Long-tubes... I guess if you viewing them as longer than other tubes...."long tubes"
The TRD Primaries are only 1.5" in diameter, and the collector isn't very large at all. I don't 100% remember the diameter but I believe it steps down to 2" and then the adapter goes into the 1-7/8" piping for the Converters. They're still pretty constricted.

Then prepping for a TRD supercharger.
