I found PST10HDT head unit. It meets all my needs for my Toyota Highlander 2013 exact it doesn't have a DVD Player.

I have tons old cd discs and I really want the DVD player.

Do you know another Android 10 car stereo with large screens?

Some of the XTRONS units have a built-in CD and DVD player, perfect if you need to keep the kids shtum on a long journey. They can also output the DVD video through AV output to an external screen. My 3 years old XTRONS is doing the job. But you will need to be linked to your car’s parking brake to ensure the screen is used legally. My XTRONS is old model, but it still blends great functionality with a stylish and simple design.
