Hey Guys,

So my Right foglight went out about a month ago, So I ended up replacing it with a generic brand bulb.

Tonight on my way home I come to find that its out again?!?

My thoughts:

****** bulb?
Somethings wrong with the wiring?

Bear in mind this is all factory stuff...any thoughts?

Did you touch the glass when you installed the new bulb? The oils in your skin can cause them to blow. Maybe the foglight is loose and jarring the bulb.

mine has done that, too. The passenger side one goes out often. Something is loose, is all. If I tap it in, it comes right back on. So, there isn't a great connection there in the first place.

Lono33 is on the right track here.:tu:
If a small amount of moisture gets in the housing it will cause problems. Check the bulb socket contacts for corrosion. The bulbs get so hot that they will oxidize the contacts in the socket and cause a bad connection.
