I’m a retired ASE Master certified mechanic but this 07 with it’s goofy things on the 5.7 I’m not not used to seeing being a Diesel engine tech, and a Chevrolet drag racing motor builder

Anyways, when the key is turned on, then the AC works for a split second then it stops and the light starts flashing green again. I replaced the relay, going to check ground, then going to test refrigerant level, but what is this AC switch everyone is talking about that may go bad. I have a account at the parts store does anyone know what AC switch it is? The one that shuts it on and off the grey knob that variates speed, the black AC button with the green light, or the one or two below that let you switch from cold to hot? Thanks for everyone’s help, stay safe and have fun

The dial controls the door for the heater control. It introduces heat to raise the air temp if you think the ac is too cold

The button turns the compressor on. It only comes on and stays on if the pressure is not high, not low and possibly air temps are ok.

Get a full set of guages connected. Watch the highs and lows to see if something spikes.

System off, both should be equal around 50-80 depending on outside temps.
System on, low is 25-45 while high is 150-300.
