I wish I had the correct word to describe the sound I sometimes hear while driving my 2016 regular cab, long bed. I am pretty sure it is an alert but I cannot connect it to any event or driving condition. I don't wear a watch. The sound is most like the high pitch, scratchy sound alarm watches used to make before they began to chime and do musical riffs. The sound is not like the sonorous tones that attend to opened doors or keys left in the ignition or lights left on.
I might think the sound says I am leaving my lane or being approached by a process server, but the truck did not come with those features (as far as I know).
Anybody have a list of the sounds the truck can make? And a description of what they mean?
