Best Nerf Bars for the Money

I'm about to install my Top Gun leveling kit and bump up to some beefy new 305/65/18 shoes. I've never been a HUGE fan of nerf bars or running boards, but out of courtesy to the ladies, I've been looking at some nerf bars to help for the climb in. What are some good nerf bars for the money? I found some Aries nerfs for about $220 shipped and some no name ones on ebay for around $200 shipped. Anybody have the Aries? What about Westin, N-Fab, any other brands? Also, I'm more partial for the nerf bars as opposed to the running boards. I have a Blue Streak DC and I've been looking at black, what would ya'll think of SS? Basically any opinions I can get at this point would be appreciated, I've never had nerfs on any truck I've owned so I don't know what to look for! :)

N-Fabs by a mile...but you are talking 400 to 500 bucks.

They tuck in tight to the side, only have the step sticking out, step is positioned well for entry and exit to and from the truck, they don't jeopardize ground clearance, and are very well mounted.

I like the truck without them as well, but I'm not ruining my side bolsters on this truck like I did on the last one buy sliding in and out. ooh, that sounded kinda dirty.

I have the n-fab nerf bars and i love them. Wouldnt have gone with any others. I got mine for $320.

Happy with my Westin's, oval chrome nerf bars....it's been less than a week, but got nothing but compliments.

Everyone has different tastes in nerf bars, and every truck will look different, depending on their mods. A lot of people encouraged me to get the n-fabs, but went with my own taste.

Where /who was that through?

And I know it's not a Tundra, but it's the only good pictures I have. When I was looking at getting a Tacoma, I was going to get these bars. If you can't find the N-Fabs for the $320, then this might be an option. They look the same, the only difference I am AWARE of is the step. The Go-Rhinos have the stainless step portion. Also, I'm not sure on the diameter of the Go-Rhinos, I would think they would be the same as the N-Fabs. Anyway, here is a link and some pictures.

Hope that helps. This site also sells other bars that is cheaper than anywhere else I've seen.... but I don't know anything about them.

TruckCandy Truck Accessories Go-Rhino bars for $331.95.

And here are some pictures. This truck belongs to BLUECOMA at Toyotanation.com. (SUCH A NICE TACOMA)

Might as well add my 2cents: I purchased/installed the Aries Bars - I like the build quality and that they are stainless. If you buy - insist that the seller guarantee that there are 'nuserts' in the bar at every bracket location. The will know what you are asking and why.

4 wheel parts was the best price I could find as well.
I ended up buying mine direct from N-Fab because I wanted Textured black and 4 wheel parts only stocked the gloss black.
Yeah. I had mine sprayed with line-x after it was all over with anyways. The gloss look didnt fit with the rest of my truck.

Just put mine on today--just got a set of 3" tubes in black since I got a white truck off ebay from Dealsofsteel.com---painted inside and out and the brackets are very heavy and powder coated==took me an hour by myself and fit it perfect---wanted wheel to wheel bars but cant find them for a regular cab yet----they didnt even groan when I stood on them and I weigh 300 lbs

Those N-fabs look like a real knee or shin buster. Has anybody had a problem with this?

The challenger step bars are opened at the bottom. Doesn't make me to comfortable to step on it if I weighed 400lbs, not that I do.
Westin Step bars Platinum series are junk. I had a chevy truck at my boss' dealership and it had one of step pad that broke off. Underneath was rust. Hmm I thought they didn't rust but apparently they do.

Thanks for all the replies fellas, I think at this point I'm teetering b/w the nfab and aries. One more quick questions, I have a blue streak with chrome bumbers and I'll be keeping my TRD wheels. If I went Aries, would ya'll recommend brush stainless or black. I've always been a fan of black, but I don't want them to look out of place given all the chrome/aluminum accents on my truck. Thanks fellas!
