I adjusted my headlights last night on my 06 Tundra Access Cab... Very easy.

You need a number 2 phillips screwdriver 8 inches long. (home depot) Keep in mind, there is not a "phillips head screw" it is a gear that the screwdriver will rotate for you. Use flashlight and you can see where the gear is and the odd hole you insert screwdriver into...

 

I have an 06 Tundra and need help. I found the screws ad turned them clockwise but wasn't sure how many times to do it. Is there a number that worked for you and is there a number that's too much?

Find the adjusting screws for the headlights. They will probably be inset adjacent to the headlight. You'll find a horizontal and a vertical adjusting screw, with small springs behind them. Some cars come equipped with a small level attached to the top of the headlight under the hood to help you get the correct adjustment.....
