driver kickpanel wire harness 2 plugs missing

Has anyone noticed 2 plugs under the driver kickpanel being unplugged.

Is this normal.

one is 20pin mini wires. the other is 12pin

I was wondering if anyone knows where these to plug in under the dash. They come out from the sidewall under the kickpanel.

If anyone knows or can give me a picture I would appreciate it.

Do you have the towing package? I believe they are for the addition of a electronic brake controller.

They most likely go to or come from a factory option that you do not have, such as a TVIP Alarm. Toyota preinstalls many junction connectors so the dealers can plug-n-play add-ons at delivery. If you want to do some digging around and find the source, here is a link to a service manual for the electrical.
