I have trouble code P0171 and i have cleaned my sensor with alcohol and brake cleaner. I recently installed an oiled filter and since then i have been getting this code what can i do. How will this affect my driving?
Also my truck starts poorly it takes like 2 seconds to start. WHY? I put in a new fuel filter and new plugs but nothing helps. Is it possibly the battery CCA.

Reinstall original filter and see if the grimlins leave..

That's Bank 1 system lean. Air cleaner not sealed letting in to much air. Intake leak. Clogged injectors, Etc.... But my guess is the new hi flow air filter. Any engine using an ECM and OBDII is constantly learning how you drive and the condition under which you drive and it is always making adjustments and keeping a memory of these settings. Now when you installed the air cleaner the engine didn't know you did anything to the air fuel ratio and now you have a less restrictive air cleaner and your ECM is trying to adjust.
As stated..... either put the old filter back in or drive it till it learns the new ratio.

Check, clean, and service your throttle body, pcv, and MAF. The MAF has two sensors inside and unless your looking for them, you will probably miss one because it's kind of hidden. I use electrical cleaner on the MAF but if you only have brake cleaner, that should do it. Pull the battery cable and press your brake pedal for a few minutes to reset the ECM and I would use a dry paper air filter until you can find the source of the CEL. If you continue to throw a code, pull the plugs and examine carefully, they can tell you a hell of a lot of info, but you gotta listen carefully. :D

This may be a stupid response but I used to have a 2000 Tacoma 4X4 that had a K&N fipk and I had the same problem that you describe, it got so bad that the truck would not idle and I would have to keep the rpms at 2000 all the time to keep it running. Anyway I took the throttle body apart and there is a idle sensor right at the bottom of the throttle body, it is like a magnet that opens ever so slightly for idle and then obviously more for more throttle. But getting to the point the oil from the filter had clogged up the little sensor so that is wasnt opening slowly for idle it was getting stuck shut witch was killing the motor, so I took it apart and cleaned it thouroughly and put it back together and siliconed the outside to make sure it was sealed nad had no problems from then on. I know that these trucks are much newer and way more advanced but maybe there is something like that on your truck, anyway just my 2 cents. Good luck!!!
