Well I don't have Seqouia, but if its like the vents in my 2004 DC Tundra, it won't blow cold. You will be lucky to feel any air coming out of it on high.
The A/C compressor runs both, if the front is awesomely cold I would be willing to bet that one of the lines feeding the back evaporator is pinched along the line. I have a 02 and the back is not as cold as the front, but it is cold enough.
