Just got some heavy scratching on my rear bumper from loading items into the trunk of my black 2003 limited sequoia. I bought some furniture in large boxes that were loaded into my trunk by a store employee. When I got home I noticed some large scratches that I tried polishing out with a wax polish or even 3m scratch remover. Scratches are still there. What can I do? Do I need to take it to a body shop? Does Toyota sell a painted rear black bumper? How much will this cost to fix? Need some reccomendations.

depends on how deep the scratches are. Take it to a good detailer to take a look. People always try and fix things themselves and it would only be a little more to have a pro do it. There is no way to give you an estimate without seeing it.

Scratches that you can feel with your fingers are a lot harder to hide with wax and polish but there are professional detailers who can work wonders. There's a guy around here in a mobile shop van who drives around to different dealerships and does a great job fixing up things like that.

For the smaller scratches (that you can't really feel) I've found that Eagle One NanoWax works pretty well.
