My mechanic and I are going to swap out and upgrade the front sway bar and end links on my 2002 this Sunday afternoon. The new bar is 1-1/4" in diameter, and the end links are OEM Toyota... I have Energy Suspension bushings for this upgrade.

We will also try and diagnose a front end vibration when braking it down from 60+ mph,
I have new rotors & pads if they are the problem.

We will probably change the oil in the differentials and transfer case while we are at it.

The front diff oil was the dirtiest, followed by the T-case with the rear diff oil being the cleanest because unlike the other two, it had been changed at least once.

The vibration was being cause by the left caliper hanging up, so I now have new rotors, pads and calipers up front. We inspected, cleaned and adjusted the rear drum brakes.

The Hellwig front sway bar is on...

we had to get creative because only the Left side clamp included with the kit had the correct offset for the bolt holes...

we used a piece of an old timing belt as a shim to get the original right side clamp to work with the new bushing.

I will contact Hellwig about a new clamp and bushing, I will also make sure I have the revised end links for the rear bar.
