I installed an eclipse aftermarket head unit and now my FM reception stinks. I read that there is a antenna signal booster in the car? In the stock standard wiring harness there was a wire ( I think pink) that was not connected in the aftermarket harness, could that be a lead for a power antenna amp? This is in a 07 tundra

It would help to know what your vehicle is and what year. On my '05 Sequoia, there was a black wire with a red stripe on one of the main harnesses that is the power source for the antenna amplifier. Simply connect that wire to a 12 volt source. You could probably use the blue antenna turn-on lead from your after-market HU if you are not already using that for a power antenna.
The pink lead on your HU is usually the audio mute wire for a hands-free phone system.
