I edited this. I was thinking Traction Control, should have been VSC. Thanks to @mendonsy for the PDF. I have a 2011 SR5/TRD with 5.7L, 122k miles. It is showing solid VSC, solid ABS, and flashing 4hi 4lo. I don't see this combination in the pdf. It's in 2Hi and drives fine. It's Sept 21 now, last time I used 4wd was end of July to pull a boat out of the water. First noticed the lights in early Sept, the condition was intermittent for a while, lights sometimes went off when I restarted the engine while hot after just running into a store. Now it seems to be solid. All suggestions welcome.

I'll share some info from a problem that occurred a couple of years ago and is now fixed. If I recall correctly, ABS solid, VSC solid, and 2hi 2lo flashing. I never knew 2lo was even an option. It felt like it was in lo range, definitely not in 4wd. Took it to the dealer. They said it was rodent damage to the knock sensor wiring harness at the rear of the engine, my guess is that it shifted to lo range to keep rpm higher and avoid lugging the engine which could cause detonation/knocking. They replaced the harness and gave me the chewed up one, and everything was good until the current issue.
So today was a day where the the lights stayed off after a 10-minute stop. Rolling at low speed it shifted properly into 4HI and back to 2HI. And when stopped and in N, it shifted OK into 4LO and back to 4HI and 2HI.

As many of you are aware, I have been working on a spreadsheet to try to sort out the meaning of the various dash light patterns which occur when there is a problem. While it has not produced the results that I expected, it does seem to have some value so I am attaching a copy of it here:

I originally expected to find patterns that would allow everyone to diagnose problems from the lights. While that does not appear to be true, the light patterns do seem to be consistent when a failure occurs so they have some value.
If you have a problem that results in these light patterns please post a link to the thread discussing the problem here.
1) Insure that you list exactly what lights were displayed.
2) Let me know exactly what the problem was and how to fix it.

This thread will be much more useful if the actual problems are posted elsewhere and a link to them is attached here.

Oh!... and thanks again to Tundradrenalin for figuring out a way to update the pdf file without breaking the links to it.

Edit: The way the the TS forum deals with attachments has changed. The most current copy of the "lights" spreadsheet will now be attached to this post only.
I have a 2011 tundra, 4.6 L , started it up, rough idle, check engine light is “ flashing “, 4wd low “ flashing”, limited slip “on”. It appears to be in “ limp mode” now. Is this my Air injection pump failure ?
